Mark E. Sloan
As co-founder of SynGlyphX, Mark Sloan brings more than two decades of experience in the technology industry to the company. He is a results-driven technology general manager experienced with new ventures as well as with the turn-around of existing businesses. As President and CEO, he brings particular focus to business development and marketing of SynGlyphX’s offerings as well as driving a strong operational foundation to enable scaling of the organization.
Prior to SynGlyphX, Mark co-founded RTM Consulting, a global consulting firm focused on the technology services industry. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Convergys’ Consulting and Professional Services Group, running a $375M P&L. He began his career at Accenture, working across a number of entrepreneurial ventures.
Mark has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Technology Professional Services Association (now Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA)).
Director of Sales and Marketing
Brad Lewis joined the team to lead up sales of our GlyphEd™ offering. In his Role as Director of Sales, Brad's responsibilities include customer outreach, sales strategy, campaign development, marketing, and client relations.
Brad Comes to SynGlyphX from Unispace where he was in charge of business development for the DC metro area. Prior to that that Brad was the North American business development manager for Space Ventures Investors, a private space facing investment fund.
Brad has a degree in hospitality management from Bowling Green State University.
Director of Data Wrangling and Customer Success
Taylor Riggs serves in lead roles for SynGlyphX across data wrangling, product development, and customer success. In her role, Taylor focuses on working with customers to develop and create 3D visualizations, identifying key insights, and training users on how to drive insights and discoveries from the software. Through these interactions, Taylor brings keen insight to SynGlyphX's product development road map.
Sparked by an education in social science research, Taylor became passionate to help uncover insights and solutions for people through data analytics early in her career. She comes to us with experience in the state government and non profit sectors.
Taylor has her M.S. in Demography and Population Health as well as a B.S. in Sociology and Psychology from the Florida State University.
Director of Product Development
Bryan Holster plays a key role in driving data management for SynGlyphX. He is responsible for data source integration and data algorithms. He has also taken responsibility for the development of SynGlyphX’s cloud services.
Bryan Holster was awarded Departmental Honors in Computer Science, in 2015, for his research on Twitter Bot Detection in collaboration with the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Dahlgren Division. The primary focus of the research was to utilize Machine Learning to automate detection.
Bryan has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington and is currently working toward an M.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
